Elsa Corsi

It could be said that Elsa Corsi was destined to become a jewellery designer. Heralding from a long line of Italian shoemakers turned merchants, it was only natural that she inherit a passionate eye and skill to pursue aesthetic beauty. It was in 2006, to celebrate her own wedding that she came out with a dedicated collection of bridal jewellery. Clients were attracted to the vintage technique mastered in the collection and were thrilled to have their own piece of heirloom jewellery. Her bridal and special occasion jewellery has been sought out by the city’s top stylists and fashion editors for photo shoots and Real Brides wearing Elsa Corsi jewellery are regularly featured online and in print in Real Weddings, Weddingbelles, Grace Ormonde and Wedluxe Magazine.

One Bride, Two Earrings

Often brides are torn between two different styles of earrings for their wedding day. Usually, it will come down to a either a simple pair speaking to their traditional side or a longer, chandelier style that fulfills all Red Carpet fantasies! Our advice? Get both! And it's not because we just want to sell you another pair, there is an actual reason!

This is especially true when the ceremony takes place earlier in the day or in a church. In the shop we always ask "When would you ever wear the same thing to breakfast that you would to a cocktail party?" Never (we hope!) and certainly not on your most important day!

A classic drop earring like our Three Marquise Post with Beautiful Teardrop is an excellent choice for daytime and beauty photos, as it is enough to be noticed but not too much to take away from the bride herself at that time of day.

Our bride Bonnie chose that style with a bigger Beautiful Teardrop for her first earring, isn't she lovely? We love how she paired it with The Bee Bracelet and a Wider Five Strand Crystal Bracelet we made to fit her exact wrist size.

Well, Hello Gorgeous! By the looks of it we think her groom approves!

Here is a close up! That lighting! We have been huge fans of Del Sol Photography in Playa del Carmen ever since we met them for an on location photoshoot with Perfect Weddings Magazine a few years back.  If you are planning a destination wedding, definitely check them out! AND their underwater Trash The Dress sessions....obsessed!

Ok, back to Bonnie now...

Time for the ol' switch-a-roo! For her night time look, Bonnie changed into our Tanya Earring and wore both her Elsa Corsi bracelets stacked together amping up the glam factor!

Picture Perfect! We think what they say is true...blonds and Elsa Corsi brides do have more fun!

Featured Bride: Lara

Whoever says that you'll never wear your wedding jewellery again...was not wearing our jewellery! Our brides LOVE finding occasions to pull out their favorite sparkles and relive the magic of their special day!

Meet Lara! Lara and Tris had a beautiful wedding a few years ago at The Teahouse photographed by Angela Hubbard. We loved her classic bridal style which incorporated pearls and a petite tiara-so Audrey Hepburn!

The necklace was our Petite Jasmine from the Classic Collection, that features three strands of genuine freshwater pearls which we individually knot along with an asymmetrical brooch like detail.

Did we mention Lara also has amazing taste in shoes? Really, with details this beautiful it's no wonder our brides find occasions to wear our jewellery again!

Since Lara's wedding we have spotted her at Diner en Blanc wearing her jewels...

Getting her makeup done at Jasmine Hoffman's pre-Gatsby Party in her jewels...

And enjoying one of our favorite pastimes (drinking champagne!) in her jewels!

See? We hope you won't think of any aspect of your wedding as "just one day"...and the jewellery is one of the few details you can enjoy for many years to come!

We look forward to being part of your wedding story!
